FIELD: radar.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radar and can be used in pulse radar stations of various types (survey, multifunctional, etc.), equipped with remote passive modules, to solve the problem of target selection against the background of repeated pulse-response interference affecting the main lobe of the antenna array. The achieved technical result is the provision of the possibility of unambiguous determination of the difference in distances to the multiple response-impulse interference jammer in an active-passive multi-position radar system. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of determining the difference in distances to the jammer of multiple response-impulse interference in an active-passive multi-position radar system, which consists in calculating the cross-correlation function of signals received by the spaced-apart receiving modules, and finding its maximum, before calculating the cross-correlation function of signals received by the spaced-apart receiving modules, they are processed in a filter matched to the probing signal and multiplied with time gates formed using estimates of the time delay of the primary detection signals and the angular coordinates of the active jammer obtained in the active radar module, as well as taking into account the geometry of the multi-position radar systems.
EFFECT: determination of distances to the multiple response impulse interference jammer.
