FIELD: hydro-mechanized cleaning of reservoirs.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hydro-mechanized cleaning of reservoirs from silt deposits including the extraction of sapropel of natural moisture. The device for cleaning reservoirs from silt deposits and extracting sapropel includes a chamber equipped with a dredge pump with a suction branch pipe, an intake element, and a discharge element. At the same time, an eccentric screw pump with an adjustable rotor speed fixed on the bottom of the chamber, is installed in the chamber as a soil pump. The intake element is made in the form of a scraper bucket equipped with a cover and a grid-knife at the inlet, installed with the possibility of horizontal movement. The chamber is made combined with a scraper bucket, the lid of which is attached to the bottom of the chamber. The front end wall of the chamber is installed at an acute angle to the bottom of the chamber, while the bottom of the chamber, the cover and the bottom of the scraper bucket are parallel to each other. The chamber bottom and the bucket cover each have one coaxial hole for the sapropel passage. The suction branch pipe of the dredge pump is located coaxially with the holes for the passage of the sapropel and is fixed on the bottom of the chamber. The pump is equipped with an outlet pipe located at the rear end wall of the chamber and connected to a discharge element made in the form of a pressure pipeline connected to the floating means.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the device, reducing labor costs and improving the quality of the sapropel obtained.
