SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction industry and can be used in rooms that are subject to increased requirements for sound and noise insulation (ceiling and wall coverings inside residential premises, production facilities (workshops), kindergartens and nurseries, offices, recording studios, meeting rooms, hotel rooms, shops, hospitals, airports, theaters, catering establishments, etc.), as well as in sound and noise-insulating structures used, for example, in the design of road barriers (noise-absorbing screens), in pipelines and other areas of technology where high requirements are applied to the acoustic characteristics of objects. The sound-noise-insulating plate contains a multilayer sound-noise-insulating coating consisting of a layer of a molding mixture which is a composition of crushed foam, polyurethane glue as a binder, water as a foam activator and hollow microspheres as sound and noise insulating elements, a reinforcing layer made in the form of a frame made of construction paint mesh, a layer consisting of filler, and a finishing decorative layer. The molding mixture has the following ratio of components, wt%: crushed foam - 50-52, polyurethane glue - 9-15, hollow microspheres - 30-34, water - 3-5.
EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of sound and noise insulation.
