FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of noise-insulating coatings for vehicle saloons and to set of coating parts and material used for manufacture of such parts and technology of manufacture. Material for noise-insulating coating includes polyurethane film, thickness of face layer of 1.5-2 mm and surface density of 1.5-2 kg/sq.m, produced at interaction of polyol and isocyanate in ratio of 100/50 - 100/55, layer of porous foamed polyurethane produced at interaction of at least polyol and isocyanate, ratio 100/60 - 100/65, polyurethane film with reverse layer of thickness 0.1-0.5 mm produced in the same way as face layer. Sets of five parts are made o this material, being all-formed and following surface and outline of body, namely: RH insulation of front shield, LH insulation of front shield, RH floor mat, LH floor mat and rear floor mat.
EFFECT: improved noise insulation, ecological characteristics, reduced mass, facilitated making and mounting in vehicle saloon.
