FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat, noise, vibration insulation, and namely to the design of devices for insulation of sound vibrations, noise reduction, and to heat insulating structures of gas turbine plants. Proposed gas outlet of gas turbine engine with quick-detachable heat, noise, vibration insulation, characterized by the fact that quick-detachable heat-, noise-, vibration isolation is a prefabricated structure of blocks of various configurations covering the insulated surface of the gas outlet, fastened by adjustable locks, each of the blocks contains an outer lining and an inner lining, between which an insulating layer is placed, and connected by end perforated walls, on the surface of the inner lining facing the insulated object, there are damping spring supports resting on insulated gas outlet surface with possibility of formation of air gap between surface of inner lining and insulated surface of gas outlet, different in that said inner lining is made perforated with different configuration of holes, said perforation of end walls is made with different configuration of holes, wherein said insulated layer is multilayer in form of a heat-insulating layer adjacent to the inner surface of said inner perforated lining, a heat- and noise-insulating layer adjacent to said heat-insulating layer, and a heat-resistant layer adjacent to said heat- and noise-insulating layer, at that, on the upper surface along the edge of the said blocks on one side there is a protective curtain, which with its protruding part is pushed onto the upper surface of each next block and closes the joint between them, wherein said damping spring supports are completely covered with a heat- and noise-insulating layer, at that, handles are mounted on the outer lining of said units, wherein said adjustable tension locks have a safety lock in their design, said heat-insulating layer is made in the form of a pierced basalt mat in a lining of glass fabric or silica fabric. Said heat- and noise-insulating is a sandwich panel made of fire-resistant three-layer sound-insulating and vibration damping material, said heat-resistant layer made in the form of a three-layer material from a fibreglass canvas protected by a spunbond layer, wherein protruding part of protective curtain is bent inward to form smooth curve, wherein the protective curtain is mounted with the formation of a mounting gap between the protruding part of the said protective curtain and the outer surface of the joined unit of quick-detachable heat-, noise- and vibration insulation.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a gas outlet with quick-detachable heat-, noise- and vibration insulation with high operational properties, namely heat-, noise-, vibration insulation and speed of installation/dismantling of heat-, noise- and vibration insulation elements.
