FIELD: screw compressors.
SUBSTANCE: screw compressor (1) contains a first rotor (4) and a second rotor (5). Each rotor (4, 5) contains a synchronization gear (13, 14). The screw compressor (1) is additionally equipped with an electric motor (12) and one or two driving gears (9, 10) for driving the first rotor (4) or the second rotor (5). At least one of the gears (13, 14) or driving gears (9, 10) is provided with a corresponding hub (18) of the gearwheel and spokes (17) between the toothed rim (16). The crown (16) supports the gearing (15). At least some of the spaces (19) between the spokes (17) of at least one gear wheel (9, 10, 13, 14) are closed by a sheet or cover (22).
EFFECT: increased resistance to vibration.
