FIELD: parachute equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of cargo separation from parachute system is characterized by disconnection from landing cargo links of suspended system by means of locks. Front in the direction of motion cargo links are disengaged after the rear links. In order to fix moment of touch of ground or water surface by paratrooper on parachute system, impact or barometric sensor of touchdown is used. Touching moment is used as a starting signal for operation of rear in the direction of load motion locks. After the rear links are separated from the load, coupling of the parachute system with the load to the front links is performed. Before actuation of front in the direction of load motion locks, force from parachute system thrust is transmitted to load through not separated links, preventing its turning. When stable rigid position is reached by load, actuation of locks front in direction of cargo movement is activated.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of stability to overturning of cargo at landing in conditions of wind drift.
