SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for preparation of beverages such as coffee or tea in an apparatus for preparation of beverages using a capsule. The capsule is closed at its outlet end using a bottom part of the body with a beverage outlet and forms a hole at the opposite inlet end covered with foil, wherein the foil can be broken using the apparatus to charge water into the capsule, wherein a beverage substrate is contained within the inner space of the capsule or the inner space of the inner capsule located in the capsule, wherein an inner plate is located above the bottom part of the capsule or the inner capsule parallel to the bottom part, wherein the plate at its outer edge has grooves and/or slots for limited water flow, and a sieve, a frame, a mesh, non-woven material, perforated foil or fabric are located overlapped on the inner plate.
EFFECT: provided opportunity to produce a beverage, particularly coffee, with a dense foam.
