An incision of 3 cm is made, sufficient for the insertion of the early-expanding hooks and the gastrostomy tube. At 1.5 cm from the edges of the future incision of the stomach wall, stitches are applied, of which 2 stitches are oriented along the axis of the wound of the anterior abdominal wall. A Foley catheter with an inflatable balloon at the end is inserted into the stomach lumen, the catheter balloon in the stomach lumen is filled with water. The Foley catheter is pulled out through the wound of the anterior abdominal wall until the stomach wall and the anterior abdominal wall are pressed.
