FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the maintenance and repair of pipeline valves at gas transportation facilities. The method consists in ejection of an air-droplet medium through the nozzle of a pneumatic pistol, while a flexible hose of a small diameter of the device is released through an opening in the crane column along the extension to the flange connection of the column with the valve body, due to the cylinder installed in the compressed air source by pressing the trigger of the sandblasting pistol through a flexible hose of large diameter, compressed air is supplied, which, due to the ejection phenomenon, entrains condensate and moisture; the process of extracting liquid fractions is continued until there are no liquid particles in the compressed air. The device consists of a source of compressed air connected through a large diameter flexible hose to an active nipple of a sandblasting gun, to the passive nipple of which a small diameter flexible hose is connected.
EFFECT: complete removal of liquid accumulated in the area of the flange connection of the column with the valve body.
