FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, namely to automation of control of pipeline valves (PLV), and can be used during regular maintenance of PLV. Reliability of the PLV is increased due to recording and accounting of the performed regular maintenance, as well as due to objective control of the PLV state according to the data on the PLV tightness and the PLV drive force during the gate movement (opening-closing of the PLV). Data on the technical state of a specific PLV sample are measured and recorded in the database during maintenance in an automated mode in accordance with the unique identifier carrier fixed for a constant time on the PLV structural elements near the drive. Invention allows the service personnel during PLV gate movement to stay outside the affected zone in case of emergency. Control of pipeline valves during maintenance and visualization of performed works are carried out using a remote access terminal. Visual control of the work is carried out using a video camera in an explosion-proof design. Change in gas flow rate through the PLV gate is displayed in the form of an electroacoustic emission scale. Force on the drive of the PLV during the gate movement is controlled by means of an electronic pressure sensor of hydraulic fluid. Display of the remote access terminal displays the video image from the surveillance camera, the number of the unique identifier of the serviced PLV, the readings of the acoustic sensor, the readings of the pressure sensor of the hydraulic fluid and control mnemonic buttons with an emergency shutdown function are located.
EFFECT: providing safety of personnel performing maintenance of PLV, and improving reliability of PLV.
