FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring of technical condition of pipeline valves (PV), as well as to actuating mechanisms with which PV is equipped. System for monitoring the technical state of pipeline valves (PV) of the valve assembly, which enables to fix the main operating parameters, that is torque, tightness of the shut-off element, gas content on the valve assembly, fixing the passage of in-line devices during high-temperature inspection, measuring vibration, analysing the damping liquid and determining the presence of moisture in the PV extension string with one device, and to receive complete information on technical condition of PV, and thus to increase safety of operation. System consists of a small-sized pressure sensor, a smart fitting, a portable acoustic sensor for quantitative gas flow through a valve gate, sensor for controlling passage of in-line devices, a sensor for the presence of water in the damper fluid of the hydraulic system of the drive, a sensor for the presence of mechanical impurities in the hydraulic system of the drive of the PV, portable system for presence of moisture in a column, an extension of a spindle of cranes of an underground installation, a piezoelectric sensor, a methane sensor and a portable control unit with a signal processing unit and an acoustic signal converter, with information output to the portable device.
EFFECT: expansion of the diagnostic parameters by one portable device, the use of which allows obtaining more complete information about the technical condition of PV and thereby increasing the reliability and safety of operation.
