FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to products of the metallurgical industry, namely to rolled profiles produced by bending from a metal strip. The angular bent profile of a metal strip contains two shelves located at an angle to each other and interconnected by a cylindrical section with a convex side directed outward with a center of curvature inside the profile. A concave cylindrical section with a center of curvature on the outer side of the profile is made between at least one of the shelves and the convex cylindrical section, while the convex cylindrical section is limited by the central angle in accordance with the formula: β = α + (φ1 + φ2), at 90° < β <180°, where β is the central angle of the convex cylindrical section, α is the angle between the flanges of the profile, φ1 and φ2 are the central angles of the concave cylindrical sections.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity of an angular bent profile from a metal strip with low metal consumption, ease of manufacturing lattice metal structures from corner profiles and the possibility of anti-corrosion treatment of the inner and outer surfaces of the profiles (shot blasting or sandblasting and painting).
