FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of biodegradable materials from secondary material resources, and can be used at beet-sugar plants. Method of producing a biodegradable package from secondary material resources of food production is characterized by the fact that it involves drying air of secondary material resources of food productions heated to temperature of 100...120 °C to dry substances content of 88...90 %, their subsequent milling into particle size 0.5...1.0 mm and further mixing with pre-prepared bone glue. Preparation of bone glue involves mixing of dry bone glue and water heated to 60...70 °C in ratio of 1:3 (one part of glue to three parts of water); formed mixture of milled particles of secondary material resources of food productions and prepared bone adhesive is delivered for pressing at temperature of 18–25 °C to obtain biodegradable package, which is then cooled to temperature of 20... 22 °C with cold air with temperature of 11...13 °C; exhaust air after drying with temperature of 47...50 °C is cooled to temperature of 11...13 °C, then it is supplied for cooling of biodegradable package, after which it is heated to temperature of 100...120 °C, and then returned for drying with formation of recirculation circuit, wherein cooling of waste air after drying is carried out by means of recuperative heat exchange with coolant vapours, having temperature of 5...7 °C and low pressure of 0.00086...0.00096 MPa, which is created as a result of coolant ejection with working steam under pressure of 1...1.2 MPa, in form of water; mixture of working steam and coolant vapours obtained after ejecting with pressure of 0.35...0.4 MPa is directed to air heating to temperature of 100...120 °C, formed at that condensate of working vapour and coolant vapours with temperature of 135...140 °C is first supplied to water heating to temperature of 60...70 °C, and then returned for preparation of coolant and working steam with formation of recirculation loop, wherein working steam is produced at consecutive reduction of steam pressure from 3.5...4.0 MPa to 1...1.2 MPa with simultaneous generation of electric energy. Invention also discloses a line for producing a biodegradable package from secondary material resources of food production.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of energy efficiency and operational reliability of the line, since it is envisaged to use steam ejector refrigerating unit, which is more preferable from an energy point of view at such enterprises as sugar factories and is more reliable in real conditions due to absence of moving parts.
