FIELD: oil extraction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the oil extraction industry. A line for processing of hypericum grass includes a dispenser, a brewing machine with rotating screw blades and a water jacket for supplying steam condensate with a temperature of 118-120°C, a tank for hot water preparation with a steam jacket for supplying working steam with pressure of 0.20-0.22 MPa and a temperature of 120-125°C, a cooling tank, and a fermentation vat with a mixer, equipped with water jackets for supplying water, respectively, with a temperature of 10°C and 40°C, a mixer for obtaining a honey-water solution with a mixer, a filter of the finished product. At the same time, a steam-ejector refrigeration unit is provided, operating in a heat pump mode, consisting of a steam generator, an ejector, an evaporator, a cold receiver, a temperature-regulating valve, a recirculation pump, in which R718 refrigerant (water) is used as working fluid. In the steam generator equipped with electric heating elements, high-potential steam is obtained and, under pressure of 1.0-1.1 MPa, is supplied into a nozzle of the steam ejector, while ejecting low-potential steam from the evaporator of the steam-ejector heat pump, creating in it reduced pressure of 0.0009-0.001 MPa and a water temperature of 5-7°C. Kinetic energy of a mixture of high-potential and low-potential vapors in an ejector diffuser is transformed into heat energy of working steam coming out of the ejector with pressure of 0.20-0.22 MPa and a temperature of 120-125°C. The resulting working steam is supplied into the steam jacket of the tank for hot water preparation, which performs a function of a condenser of the steam-ejector heat pump, and the resulting condensate of working steam is sent to the water jacket of the brewing machine. The refrigerant circulating through the cold receiver of the steam-ejector heat pump, by means of regenerative heat exchange, cools water to a temperature of 10°C, part of which is supplied into the water jacket of the extract cooling tank, and the other part is mixed with condensate from the jacket of the brewing machine, followed by supply of the resulting water mixture with a temperature of 40°C into the mixer to obtain a honey-water solution and into the jacket of the fermentation vat. Moreover, the waste water mixture is removed from the fermentation vat in two streams, one of which is returned to the steam generator, and the other stream is divided into two parts: one part is supplied into the evaporator through the temperature-regulating valve, and the other part, together with waste water, is returned to the cold receiver after the extract cooling tank.
EFFECT: invention allows for an increase in energy efficiency and environmental safety of a line for processing of hypericum grass due to maximum recovery and utilization of secondary energy resources.
