SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry. Under local anesthesia and endoscopic guidance, an incision is made in the mucous membrane under the inferior nasal turbinate, exposing the side wall of the nasal cavity. A section of the mucous membrane is abducted medially. The side wall is opened with a piezo instrument, forming a bone flap with dimensions of 10×20 mm. When moving the inner part of the bone flap jointly with Schneider's membrane into the sinus cavity, the mucous membrane of the sinus is simultaneously peeled from the bottom, lifting it up and laterally, maintaining the integrity of the membrane. Bone biomaterial is placed in the resulting cavity so that it is bounded outside by the side wall of the maxillary sinus, from above by the bony flap of the side nasal wall and Schneider's membrane, from below by the bottom of the maxillary sinus. The mucous membrane is returned to its place. Tamponade of the inferior nasal meatus is completed.

EFFECT: method allows preserving the integrity of the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus, minimizing the trauma of surgical intervention, reducing the risk of postoperative complications, and significant shortening the rehabilitation period.
