SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, otorhinolaryngology. Method of lifting of maxillary sinus mucosa involving making incision on palatal part of alveolar crest throughout area of absence of teeth, formation and separation of full-thickness mucoperiosteal flap of trapezoidal shape with wide base, exposure of lateral wall of upper jaw to form window in it, separation and lifting of mucosa, formation of submucosal space of maxillary sinus with introduction of osteotropic material characterized by that flap is dissected from vestibular side up to base, periosteal part of flap is stretched to cover window with it and fixed below openings in area of alveolar process with metal pins, additionally periosteal part of flap is pressed to window suturing intact tissues through all layers above it adjacent to side surfaces of flap, puncturing in and out at distance no less than 7 mm from side surfaces of flap, mucous part of flap is tensionless sutured.

EFFECT: invention can be used for lifting of maxillary sinus mucosa in treating and rehabilitation of patients with partial secondary adentia in side parts of upper jaw.
