FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: endoscope is introduced into the maxillary sinus from a transnasal approach. An abrasion spoon comprising a rounded working head having a flat and convex surface forming a pointed edge, a neck connected to the working head so that the flat surface of the head is inclined at 130-134° to a neck curved at 120-124° at a distance from the head equal to 2.4 lengths of the head is inserted through an alveolar surface and extends into the handle. The working head is brought between the mucous membrane and a cortical plate of the maxillary sinus floor; under endoscopic control, the mucous membrane is separated by at least 3 mm in the peripheral direction from the perforation edge along the whole perimeter. A resorbed membrane is laid in the formed submucosal space with overlapping the perforation. An osteotropic material is introduced into the alveolar socket. If observing an extensive perforation for further mucosal separation, a grooved probe is inserted in the formed submucosal space, wherein a catheter for balloon sinus-lifting is delivered through up to the border of the separated and non-separated mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus floor. The catheter for balloon sinus-lifting is used for further separation of the mucous membrane.

EFFECT: method enables creating conditions for adequate osteogenesis and reduces intraoperative injuries.
