FIELD: radiolocation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active radiolocation and can be used in radar interrogators radar active request/response systems installed on movable carrier objects operating on targets from external systems on objects which are equipped with radar interrogators. In the radar active request/response system the identification is carried out between the radar interrogator installed on the mobile carrier object which is operating on the basis of targets from external systems and the radar transponder as part of the object/target system. The method consists in forming and emitting a request/response signal at each request/response cycle, in receiving a request signal in the transponder and in subsequently emitting a response signal, in receiving and processing a response signal in the interrogator. Between the request/response cycles the spatial position of the object/target relative to the carrier object and the rate of change thereof are calculated. At the beginning of each request/response cycle in the interrogator the current data about the course, the roll, the tangage of the carrier and the rate of change thereof are obtained from the external systems, the navigation data obtained are analyzed, the data on the magnitude of the change in the coordinates of the object/target is calculated and analyzed and then the required position of the location chart beam by the antenna of the radar interrogator system in the direction of the object/target is calculated. If necessary, the correction of the position of location chart beam by the antenna of the radar interrogator system in the direction of the object/target is carried out in the current request/response circle, except the first one, with the decision on whether to change the direction of the location chart beam by the antenna of the radar interrogator system being on the basis of criteria established on the basis of calculation and experimental data.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing reliability of identification in the radar active request/response system by stabilizing the parameters of the request signals received by the radar interrogator and stabilizing the parameters of the reply signals received by the radar interrogator during multiple request/response cycles and optimization of the cumulative identification time, with the adjustment of the position of the location chart beam by the antenna of the radar interrogator system if necessary.
