SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems. The method comprises the stages of receiving data from the sensors of the mobile device, generating data on the behavior of the mobile device (hereinafter, behavioral data) describing the change in the parameters of the mobile device within a predetermined time, based on the data received from the sensors, while the behavior of the mobile device at least corresponds to executing the user’s verbal command, executing the user’s non-verbal command, changes in the parameters of the environment, the analysis of behavioral data is performed using the trained activation model, the activation model being a set of rules for determining the degree of similarity of the analyzed behavioral data with the reference behavioral data, on the basis of which a decision is made on actuating of the mentioned activation model, while the reference behavioral data - data on the behavior of a mobile device, pre-selected as a condition for activating a service on a mobile device, while a positive result of the said analysis is obtained in case a certain degree of similarity above a given threshold value is achieved, activates the service on a mobile device in case of a positive result of the performed analysis.

EFFECT: possibility of activating the software service on a mobile device using the user’s non-verbal commands.
