FIELD: information security.

SUBSTANCE: result is achieved due to stages, at which: collecting from the protected device at least the minimum amount of data on calls required for making a verdict or additionally requested data on calls for making a verdict, wherein each call is associated with a specific call identifier and the collected data is a calculated probabilistic hash based on the call identifiers associated with the collected call data, where the probabilistic hash enables depersonalization of user data and enables to obtain a false positive result when determining whether a call identifier was used when calculating said hash; generating call data from the probabilistic hash; selecting significant features from the collected call data, based on which a call classification model is formed; selecting user feedback from the collected call data, based on which a generative feedback model is formed; using the generated call classification model and the generative feedback model, the call for which the data were collected is classified by weighing the contribution of each of the generated models.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of call classification.
