FIELD: lighting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing the LED lamp relates to the field of lighting technology, namely to the technology of manufacturing LED lamps for domestic and industrial use. Method of manufacturing the LED lamp includes manufacturing of components and lamp elements, including LED boards, LED power supplies, cap and light diffuser; molding manufacturing of the heat exchange element; placement in an injection mold, at least, of a board with LEDs; casting the injection mold with a calculated amount of electrically insulating material in the liquid phase and that has a thermal conductivity of at least 0.2 W/m K for the formation of the heat exchange element, and its holding time before curing.

EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity of the manufacturing process, increased light efficiency of the lamps owing to increase in a heat sink from light-emitting diodes, ensuring the necessary level of electrical safety, reducing the number of structural and fastening elements, which are used during the lamp manufacturing process.
