SUBSTANCE: invention relates to LED lighting devices for lighting roads of parks, squares, pedestrian and bicycle paths, parking lots, stairwells, industrial enterprises, warehouses, etc. The claimed powerful LED cluster with increased electrical insulation includes a main radiator, a printed circuit board with LEDs, a mono-lens, a driver. In this case, the printed circuit board with LEDs and the mono-lens is installed above the main radiator using a heat transfer element made in the form of an aluminum ring or an aluminum cylinder, which has a thermal contact with the printed circuit board of LEDs and with the main radiator through a thin polyimide gasket that lies on the main radiator. The driver is placed in a cavity between the lower plane of the LED circuit board and the thin gasket, its printed circuit board is located on the specified thin gasket, and an annular shaped silicone washer is installed on the LED circuit board, electrically isolating the heat transfer element from the external space and ensuring tightness of connections of all parts. The mono-lens is mounted on the annular shaped washer using a metal shaped flange mounted on the main radiator, while the cavity between the LED circuit board and the driver circuit board is filled with sealant.

EFFECT: reduction in dimensions of LED clusters and improvement of heat dissipation, which is achieved due to the package density of nodes, components and heat-dissipating elements.
