FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction materials; it can be used in the production of various concrete and mortar mixtures. A method for preparing a Portland cement binder with the addition of high-calcium ash from thermal power plants includes joint grinding of Portland cement clinker, and gypsum stone, and adding high-calcium ash to the binder at the time of preparing a concrete or mortar mixture. Before adding high-calcium ash, the content of free lime in it is preliminarily determined. After that, the ash is added to the binder in the following ratio, wt.% by weight of cement: the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 10, but more than 6% to 20, or the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 6, but more than 4% to 30, or the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 4% to 40. A method for preparing a Portland cement binder with the addition of high-calcium ash from thermal power plants includes the joint grinding of Portland cement clinker, and gypsum stone, and the addition of high-calcium ash and microsilica or flask in an amount of 3-10% by weight of cement to the binder at the time of preparing a concrete or mortar mixture. Before adding high-calcium ash, the content of free lime in it is preliminarily determined. After that, the ash is added to the binder in the following ratio, wt.% by weight of cement: the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 12, but more than 8% to 20, or the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 8, but more than 6% to 30, or the content of free lime in high-calcium ash is equal to or less than 6% to 40.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of Portland cement per cubic meter of concrete or mortar mixture, increased early two-day strength and strength after steaming at a temperature reduced to 60 °C, reduced cost of thermal energy for steaming.
