FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method disclosed by the invention, ash portland cement is produced at combined heat and power plants (CHPP) from high-lime ash by milling Portland cement clinker and calcium sulfate dehydrate. After that Portland cement is additionally milled together with ash and additional mineral additive - microsilica or granulated furnace slag or diatomite or zeolite tufa or tripoli powder. Energy consumed by additional milling E is 27-150% from energy consumed by milling Portland cement clinker and calcium sulfate dehydrate and to be derived from the ratio E=a·VKZ·CaOfree total - b·MA+c, where: VKZ - is ash content, % from ash Portland cement, CaOfree total- content of total free in ash, % from its weight, MA - amount of mineral additive, % from ash Portland cement weight, a = 0.45, b = 2.5, c = 8. Additional milling is performed in centrifugal mill, vibration mill or impact mill.
EFFECT: possibility of ash Portland cement production where clinker is significantly replaced with ash; it is cost efficient and as good as ash-free Portland cement by construction and engineering properties, preserved activity, setting period, dispersion and even distribution of cement volume.
