The technical result is achieved through the use of a neural network analysis unit with recursive connections, which allows more accurately classifying image sequences and more accurately automatically isolating periodic changes in the visible shape of objects that arise, for example, when forming images of birds, as well as with increased detection speed, due to the use of the unit feedback, affecting the preparation of data for neural network processing by excluding those trajectories of UAV movement, the decision on which has already been made.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to create a system and method for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with increased functionality, namely with the possibility of using a moving (rotary) television camera, with increased detection accuracy.
