EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a method of video shooting by a camera mounted on a pan-tilt-turn platform, due to the use of a calculator built into the camera, which controls the movement of the tilt-turn platform along a given route, while forming a single panoramic video image, and also identifies and recognizes objects in each frame of the video image.
