REPLACEABLE DEVICE DETECTION FOR SOUND LEVEL REDUCING Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61F11/08

Abstract RU 2746459 C1

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An in-the-ear device for reducing the sound level contains an in-the-ear replaceable device for reducing the sound level, containing a sound-absorbing material, which contains a sensor built into it. An electronic receiver for an in-the-ear plug-in for sound level reduction is configured to dock with an in-the-ear plug to reduce sound level, detect an electrical or frequency property of the sensing element that corresponds to the noise reduction rate of the plug-in in-the-ear to reduce sound level, and transmit to the system for processing data via a communication channel of information on the noise reduction index of the in-ear plug-in device to reduce the sound level. An electronic receiver for a sound reduction plug, an in-ear sound reduction device, a hearing protection system, and a method for determining a noise reduction index of a sound reduction in-ear plug are disclosed.

EFFECT: provides a more accurate match for a specific user.
