FIELD: railway industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for controlling the status of running rail tracks. Monitoring is carried out by devices that are located at the electric interlocking post (EI) and linear installations (LI), the devices of which are placed in transformer boxes. The rail circuits are mounted with power supply from the middle, 800-1200 m long. Each rail circuit contains two rail tracks 400-600 m long. The station is provided with devices that control the track section from the station to the middle of the running line, the remaining part of the track is controlled by the adjacent station devices. The station is equipped with as many sets of control devices as there are tracks to this station; each station complete unit contains a track generator, track receiver and calculating machine. The counting unit consists of several chain-connected counters. Linear installations are equipped with similar calculating units that work synchronously with the station ones. The synchronous operation of the counter circuits is achieved by the fact that they operate from a single TG generator. The same TG generator also supplies power to track circuits and microelectronic devices of linear installations. The calculating machines control the electronic keys, which are alternately connected to the track generator TG and track receiver TR, the rail lines RL of the halves of the running line. The connection of station devices to the rail lines RL is performed using wires TG1, TG2, TR1 and TR2 for the time Tc = tn, where Tc is the time of one rail line control, t is the duration of the sinusoidal pulse from the track generator TG, n is the number of pulses for monitoring the rail line (8-16). The frequency of the track generator TG can be selected in the range from 400 to 800 Hz, depending on the distance between stops and insulation resistance.
