SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery and diagnostics. Ultrasound diagnostics of the blood flow velocity into the systole in the artery of the lower limb affected by atherosclerosis above the site of its stenosis and the vein of the lower limb of the same name before and after the operation, measuring the circumference of the operated lower limb at the level of the upper third of the thigh, the upper third of the lower leg, the lower third of the lower leg before and after the operation. Based on the data obtained, the coefficient (C) of the degree of imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow is calculated according to the original formula. If the value of C <0.5 is assessed as the absence of imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow. At c from 0.5 to 1.5, it is estimated as a mild degree of imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow. At C from 1.5 to 3, it is estimated as the average degree of imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow. At C 3, it is assessed as a severe degree of imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow.

EFFECT: said invention allows increasing accuracy of assessing the imbalance between arterial inflow and venous outflow, assessing the severity of the course of reperfusion syndrome in patients after reconstructive surgery on the arteries of the lower extremities, and conducting individualized treatment of these patients.
