SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and relates to a method for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori bacteria in experimental helicobacteriosis in conventional white mice. The essence of the method lies in the fact that intramuscular administration of a synthetic glucocorticoid preparation Dexamethasone at a dose of 40 mcg per day is carried out intramuscularly for five days to each conventional white mouse, followed after 24 hours by oral administration to white mice for four days of a suspension of H. pylori KM-11RifR bacteria on isotonic sodium chloride solution once a day. The introduction of a suspension of bacteria H. pylori KM-11 RifR is continued, daily sampling feces to determine the amount of H. pylori excreted from the body of white mice, by sowing feces on a selective hemin-containing dense nutrient medium with rifampicin. 24 hours after the end of the oral administration of H. pylori KM-11RifR on the sixth day, all conventional white mice are injected with a drug consisting of 0.2 ml of a suspension of distilled water mixture of metaprebiotic Stimbifid plus and nanostructured preparation Sky-force. The absence of viable bacteria in Petri dishes confirms the complete eradication of the pathogen from the animal body.

EFFECT: use of the method allows for the eradication of H. pylori in experimental helicobacteriosis in laboratory animals.
