FIELD: clinical medicine and microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical medicine and microbiology, namely to the therapy of internal diseases and gastroenterology, and can be used to improve the efficiency and safety of treatment of gastroenterological patients infected with Helicobacter pylori, as well as to improve the strategy and tactics of a personalized approach to providing medical care to the population. The invention relates to a method for monotherapy of gastritis associated with Helicobacter pylori infection by microbiological correction of gastric dysbiosis and eradication of the pathogen. The method consists in the fact that during the period of remission, feces are taken from a patient in an amount of at least 1 ml, clones of indigenous strains of Enterococcus faecium are isolated from them, using a dense nutrient medium containing sodium azide and a crystal violet dye, then, according to the nature of the color, the selection of colonies, pure cultures are obtained by reseeding three pink colonies with a burgundy center on three sectors of a Petri dish with the same medium, after which they are incubated in a thermostat under aerobic conditions at t = 37°С, the absence of pathogenicity genes using PCR is checked, clones devoid of pathogenicity factors is selected, with which soy hydrolyzate is fermented in a volume of at least 10 ml per liter. Then one of the starter cultures is chosen that changed the structure of the hydrolyzate earlier than others, and it is used to prepare two liters of an individual autoprobiotic product with a content of at least 108 CFU per 1 ml, which is administered to the patient orally, 50 ml 2 times a day, for a course of at least 20 days.
EFFECT: invention provides for the treatment of gastritis associated with helicobacteriosis, using monotherapy with an autoprobiotic, which causes the eradication of the pathogen, as well as restoration of the disturbance of the intestinal microbiocenosis with the subsequent disappearance of dyspeptic symptoms.
