FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: stage of isolation and mobilization of the intestine is performed laparoscopically. A pneumoperitoneum of no more than 8 mm Hg is created. Three trocars are installed, where the first trocar for optics of 10 mm is installed in the paraumbilical area, the second working trocar of 5 mm is installed in the left iliac area along the mid-clavicular line and 1 cm below the line connecting the spina iliaca anterior superior, the third working trocar of 5 mm is installed in the left lateral area along the mid-clavicular line and 4-5 cm below the edge of the costal arch. Next, the ileotransversoanastomosis is formed extracorporeally by minilaparotomy. In this case, the place for performing a minilaparotomy is determined by projecting the site of the future ileotransversoanastamosis on the abdominal wall.
EFFECT: method reduces mortality and postoperative complications, provides early rehabilitation, in particular among patients of older age groups.
