FIELD: wearable electronics.
SUBSTANCE: usage: for motion tracking. The essence of the invention is that a wearable motion tracking system for capturing the relative position of the first part of the body and the second part of the user's body contains a first measuring device, a second measuring device and a computing device, which are designed to obtain a set of measurements between the first and second measuring devices using a computing device. Based on a set of measurements that includes at least one measurement of the distance between the first and second measuring devices, the computing device is designed to calculate in three dimensions the position of the second measuring device relative to the first measuring device to track the position of the second part of the body relative to the first part of the body.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the capability to capture the relative position of the first and second parts of the user's body.
