FIELD: testing fuel injection equipment.
SUBSTANCE: stand for testing fuel manifolds refers to the field of testing fuel injection equipment, namely, stands for testing fuel manifolds of aircraft gas turbine engines (GTE). The invention improves the technological accuracy of measuring the fuel consumption through the fuel manifold, to reduce the time for hydro-testing of fuel manifolds, to exclude the human factor when measuring the time of fuel consumption through each nozzle and to automate the processing. The stand for testing fuel manifolds contains a supply line connected to the tested fuel manifold with injectors, a drain line, pressure and flow sensors, and an information recording unit. The supply line is sequentially equipped with a pressure valve, a filter, a block of digital sensors and an analog pressure sensor, and the block of digital sensors contains a pressure, flow and temperature sensor, the outputs of which are connected to the information recording unit, and each of the nozzles corresponds to a volumetric flask communicated with the drain line through a drain valve, while the nozzles are equipped with a crossover device that connects them with the corresponding volumetric flasks or a drain line.
EFFECT: technological accuracy of fuel consumption improved.
