FIELD: oil-fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil-fat industry, in particular to equipment for mixing vegetable oils. The mixer includes a vertical cylindrical case with a rotating working body. Inside the case, separate hollow spiral boxes are sequentially arranged. Above each spiral box, there are three comb mixers, mounted at 120° and attached to a spring-loaded rod located inside a rotating vertical hollow shaft. The lower part of each spiral box is connected by a narrow tape copier to the upper part of the same box. The lower part of the comb mixers has slots that are made in the form of confusers, behind which wedge-shaped scarifiers are located in the form of triangular columns, the side faces of the slots and wedge-shaped scarifiers are made concave inwards along a spiral line. To the lower part of the cylindrical case, a conical part is attached, equipped with a double-sided case. On the shaft inside the conical part, there is a frame mixer, on the outer edge of the blades of which T-shaped grooves for a rubber seal are made. In the lower part of the conical part of the case, a cone auger is mounted on the vertical shaft.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the production of homogeneous blends of vegetable oils.
