FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a cylindrical body 1 containing a mixer and equipped with a vacuum pump. The horizontally positioned body 1 contains two coaxial shafts 4 with six radially positioned roller pushers 13 mounted on each shaft. On one end of the pushers there are rollers 18 and 19 arranged fitting in the curvilinear groove arranged on the side surface of the disk cam 12. The cam 12 is rigidly connected to the device side cover 2 with the help of a hub 34. The other end of the pushers is equipped with a plate shock absorber and variously designed blades: mounted on the first and the fourth ones (if viewed in the rotation direction) are mixing blades, on the second and the fifth ones - levelling blades, on the third and the sixth ones - cleaning blades. In the upper part of the body there is a nipple for connection to the vacuum pump. In the middle and the lower parts of the body there is a thin-walled circular semi-ring positioned divided in two vertical symmetrical parts with horizontal partitions installed inside them that form heat exchange channels for heat medium flow. On the side inside the cylindrical body there are two feed nipples positioned with a vacuum hatch for the prime product delivery. In the device lower part there is a discharge nipple with a hatch.
EFFECT: increased output end improved finished products quality.
