FIELD: manufacturing of printed goods.
SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing printed goods is proposed, including the use of a matrix containing a surface that has at least one recess, and the application of a first curable compound on the specified surface of the matrix and at least one specified recess. The specified application is carried out in a controlled amount, which does not exceed the volume of tat least one specified recess, so that the first curable compound slides into at least one specified recess and at least partially fills it, leaving the protruding surfaces essentially free from the first curable compound. The method also covers the matrix surface and at least one specified recess partially filled with the first curable compound holding a layer of a second curable compound, bringing the said matrix into contact with the substrate surface, providing at least partial curing of the first curable compound, and the second curable compound, and separating the matrix surface from the substrate surface, leaving the first curable joint on the specified substrate surface. The holding layer and the first curable compound filling at least one specified recess are transferred together from the matrix surface to the surface of the substrate sheet, while the first curable compound forms micro-objects of the printed matter on the holding layer covering the substrate surface. A device for continuous production of printed goods and a device for forming a synthesized image are also proposed.
EFFECT: proposed method enables high-speed printing with a reduced risk of ink spillage from the recess.
