In this case, the radiation protection unit contains a partition located between the detectors, and the detectors are placed in bushings with an open end part. The baffle and detector sleeves are made of material that absorbs ionizing radiation.

EFFECT: use of this invention will improve sensitivity and accuracy of measurements for breast diagnostics.
