FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: gamma spectrometer consists of a detection unit and an electronics unit, mechanically connected using a quick-release sealed connection, which consists of at least three pins symmetrically located around the circumference of the detection unit and a counter hole for the cryostat extension of the electromechanical cooler system, as well as the cryostat extension of the electromechanical cooler system and matching holes for the pins located on the electronics unit to ensure sealed contact between the detection unit and the electronics unit, and the electrical connection of the units and data exchange is carried out using a sealed connection consisting of an instrument plug and a cable socket; in addition, bolt holes are provided on the electronics unit for fastening to a mobile robotic system (MRS).
EFFECT: ability to quickly replace the used detection unit on-board the MRS with a new one.
