FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems designed to improve the quality of repair, in particular to systems for the repair of axle boxes. The system for the repair of axle box units has a set of measurements made with the possibility of measuring the geometric parameters of the mating elements of the axle box unit; a sorting unit configured to sort each type of measured elements into size groups, in which the geometric parameters of the elements differ from each other by predetermined limit values, providing a predetermined interference and / or clearance between the elements in the mated state; a control unit made with the possibility of checking the correctness of the selection of elements for conjugation, based on their belonging to the required size groups and individual numbers of elements pre-assigned at the stage of sorting.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving quality of assembly, reducing the time for the selection of high-quality mating elements.
