SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vessel for medicinal preparations intended for storing and providing at least two medicinal substances mixed with each other, as well as to a method of using such a vessel for medicinal preparations. The vessel comprises a vessel body (3), a stopper (27) and a mixing element (51), with the vessel body (3) having the first end (5) and the second end (7) opposite to this first end (5), with the vessel body (3) at the first end (5) having an opening (9) for the stopper, and at the second end (7) it has a bottom (11) with an outlet (13), and the stopper (27), introduced through the hole (9) for the stopper into the body (3) of the vessel, is designed to move in the body (3) of the vessel along its longitudinal axis between the first end (5) and the second end (7), while by means of a section of the inner side surface of the vessel body (3), the side of the stopper (27) facing the outlet (13), and the bottom (11), the mixing chamber (57) is limited for receiving at least two substances of a medicinal preparation, moreover, the mixing element (51) can be placed in the mixing chamber (57), and the specified vessel (1) for medicinal preparations is designed to move the stopper (27) in the direction of the outlet (13) to at least partially remove the specified at least two substances of the medicinal preparation placed in the mixing chamber (57) from this vessel (1) for medicinal preparations through the outlet (13), the stopper (27), by means of a recess (41) formed on its side facing the outlet (13), is designed to at least partially accommodate the specified mixing element (51), when the stopper (27) is located at the second end (7) of the vessel body (3), the stopper (27) in its position at the second end (7) of the vessel body (3) is adjacent to the bottom (11).
