SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system comprising a pouring apparatus, a cartridge receiving apparatus (10) and a cartridge, wherein the pouring apparatus is comprised of a cartridge holder (24) with at least one guide and/or protection (25, 27) from rotation for the cartridge (1) and/or the cartridge receiving apparatus (10), wherein the cartridge holder (24) has a recess (26) at least partially capturing the cartridge (1) and/or the cartridge receiving apparatus (10), wherein the cartridge receiving apparatus (10) has an inlet (15) for a diluting agent, a mixing chamber (13) wherein the diluting agent is mixed with a substrate of a beverage and/or food product, and an outlet (11), wherein the cartridge (1) is closed by means of a membrane (14) and the receiving apparatus (10) of the cartridge has a piercer (16) for piercing the membrane (14), wherein the piercer (16) is provided on one line with the inlet (15) and the outlet (11).
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an improved design of a pouring apparatus.
