FIELD: laser technology.
SUBSTANCE: device for deflecting laser radiation (1) contains a first lens array (2) with multiple adjacent lenses (3), through which at least part of the laser radiation (1) passes and multiple partial beams are formed, a second lens array (8) with multiple adjacent lenses (9), which are arranged in such a way that that the laser radiation passed through the first lens array (2), at least partially passes through the second lens array (8), the movable, rotatable or rotated first mirror (5), which is located between the two lens arrays (2, 8) and deflects the laser radiation (1) that has passed through the first lens array (2) in the direction of the second lens array (8). The set of partial beams formed by the lenses (3) of the lens array (2) is reflected from the first mirror (5), the lens (13), which focuses the laser radiation (10) that has passed through the second lens array (8) in the working plane (14).
EFFECT: technical result is the capability to make fast movements and / or abrupt changes of the focus zones in the working plane.
