FIELD: laser technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for multi-position focusing of uniform laser radiation for the construction of a metal part by selective laser melting. The device contains a laser, two collimator lenses and a focusing lens, a system of mirrors deflecting laser radiation and a lens for focusing laser radiation in the plane of construction of a metal part. The laser radiation energy generator of the device is designed with the possibility of converting a Gaussian beam of laser radiation into a beam with a U-shaped uniform intensity. One of the collimator lenses is placed at the output of the laser radiation of the laser. The laser energy generator and the focusing lens are located between the collimator lenses. The focusing lens is fixed with the possibility of moving along the propagation of laser radiation, and the system of mirrors deflecting laser radiation is located between the second collimator lens and the said lens for focusing laser radiation.

EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the laser processing complex with high quality products and reduction in operational and energy costs.
