FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building. The air activator device for internal combustion engines is located in the air path after the air filter. It contains a dielectric cylindrical body inserted into the air path, in which there are metal electrodes connected by high-voltage wires to a high-voltage voltage source. The body is a cylindrical sleeve, on the outer surface of which there are blades with an inclination along the generatrix of the said sleeve to form channels between the wall of the sleeve and the wall of the air duct for the passage of air and its swirl. The electrodes are made in the form of grids or stretched strings placed inside the sleeve and stretched in planes perpendicular to the axis of the dielectric cylindrical body at a distance from each other, or one of the electrodes is made in the form of a grid or stretched strings placed inside the sleeve in planes perpendicular to the axis of the dielectric cylindrical of the case, and the other - in the form of a metal element fixed inside the specified case on the radial jumpers, or one of the electrodes is a metal element fixed inside the specified case on the axis of the specified case on the radial jumpers, and the other electrode is a set of metal elements fixed on the inner surface the walls of the housing around the centrally located metal element.
