The fastening part 18 and the intermediate part 15 are releasably connected to each other, and the intermediate part 15 and the fastened part 12 are releasably connected to each other. The fastening portion 18 and the intermediate portion 15 are configured to stretch in the longitudinal direction X1 of the tape 10 for disposal in an unfolded configuration. The tensile force at which the fastening portion 18 begins to stretch is greater than the tensile force at which the intermediate portion 15 begins to stretch.
