SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition based on stable epoprostenol sodium, which has a vasodilating and inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation, which consists of the sodium salt of epoprostenol and sodium hydroxide in a ratio of 3-7.5 g of sodium hydroxide per 100 g of the sodium salt of epoprostenol, as well as a method for its preparation.
EFFECT: new stable composition based on sodium epoprostenol has been obtained, which can be stored in a low-temperature freezer (-20±5°C) for at least 3 years.
