PEPTIDE ABLE TO SPECIFICALLY BOND WITH CTLA-4 IMMUNE RESPONSE CONTROL MOLECULE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C07K7/08 A61K38/10

Abstract RU 2747793 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of immunology, biochemistry and molecular biology. Proposed is a peptide YDPEYRNFWGCG (SEQ ID NO: 1) able to specifically bind (interact) with the immune response control molecule CTLA-4 and regulate biological activity of the CTLA-4 inhibitory receptor.

EFFECT: peptide can be used to assess the expression of the CTLA-4 (CD152) receptor in patients and to control the quality during production of recombinant proteins, as well as in development of pharmaceutical formulations of the peptide preparation for treatment of immune pathologies, autoimmune or oncologic diseases and HIV infection.
