SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of electric energy and cold. Method involves evaporation of a solution of high concentration while heating it to form flows of coolant vapor and a weak solution of high temperature and pressure, use of refrigerant vapor flow in turbine with electric generator with formation of low temperature and pressure at outlet of turbine from the turbine, low temperature and pressure reduction of weak solution, absorption of waste steam by a cooled weak solution with formation of a strong solution, high pressure of the strong solution and supply of the solution for evaporation. Stable solution is divided into streams of high concentration of absorbent and flows of increased concentration of coolant, first of which is used as a weak solution during absorption, and second after additional pressure and temperature increase are used during evaporation as high concentration solution. Cooling of external objects is carried out by their heat exchange with waste steam of low temperature.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to increase efficiency of electric power generation systems.
